As a Coordinator you are the direct link between our clients and employees. With your warm, energetic and creative personality you understand that open communication is the key to success. As an enthusiastic multitasker you take on various responsibilities, including:

Serving as the primary point of contact for both clients and employees
Selecting suitable EU candidates for our clients
Sending and updating work schedules in the system
Actively participating in finding solutions for changes in the planning
Performing administrative tasks necessary for the entire process
Coordinating and checking housing and transportation for our employees

As a Coordinator you guide people with questions about housing, transport, planning, salary and contracts. You are ready to assist them with various issues and situations, actively contributing to building a strong relationship between Covebo and the employees. Additionally you are responsible for maintaining good relationships with clients. Through regular visits to your clients you stay informed about their recruitment needs. In the role of Coordinator no day is the same!

Wat we vragen

Important in this role are good social skills, creativity and flexibility. It is crucial that you have a service-oriented attitude and are stress-resistant. You possess an enthusiastic and strong personality. You truly know how to take initiative, and you willingly go the extra mile. Additionally you bring the following:

You have work experience in a service-oriented role (preferred) or have at least worked with people.
Proficiency in Lithuanian or Latvian and English, both spoken and written.
Basic knowledge of the Dutch language.
Excellent communication skills.
A proactive and flexible working attitude.
You live in the Zwolle area.
A driver's license is a strict requirement!

Yes, we hebben een sollicitatie van je ontvangen! Na een klein vreugdedansje nemen we telefonisch contact met je op voor een korte kennismaking. Zijn we beide enthousiast? Dan plannen we een afspraak in met de manager van de afdeling waar je hebt gesolliciteerd.

2 Gesprekken en test

Tijd om elkaar nog beter te leren kennen. Naast je manager spreek je vaak ook wat toekomstige directe collega’s, voor jou natuurlijk het belangrijkste! Daarnaast kunnen we je vragen om online een korte test te doen en gaan we verder de diepte in. Matcht het? Dan ontvang je een voorstel.

3 Inwerken

Yes, de handtekening staat. Welkom bij de club! Tijdens de introductiedagen leer je onze familie beter kennen. Daarna start je inwerkperiode, waarbij je wordt gekoppeld aan een buddy die al langer bij House of Covebo werkt. Zo maak je een vliegende start!
