The job
At EU Facility Services, the facility label of Covebo, we believe in “Simply well organized.”
This means: good housing, clear rules and practical solutions. Together we make sure our international employees feel welcome and can live comfortably during their time in the Netherlands.
Because quality is important to us, we are looking for someone who is hands-on, technical and can keep an overview. In this role you are an important part of our technical team!
Your tasks
- Setting up and furnishing (new) accommodation in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and SNF standards.
- Painting walls, replacing flooring, maintaining gardens and carrying out minor repairs and maintenance, such as replacing or installing lights, hanging curtains, etc.
- Identifying any issues or irregularities, discussing them with your colleagues and working together to find the best solution.
- Delivering furniture, equipment and other items to House of Covebo accommodation.
- Clearing out accommodation that is no longer being used by our international employees.
- Ensuring that house rules and safety regulations are followed, because safety always comes first!

Procedure
1 Wij bellen je
Yes, we hebben een sollicitatie van je ontvangen! Na een klein vreugdedansje nemen we telefonisch contact met je op voor een korte kennismaking. Zijn we beide enthousiast? Dan plannen we een afspraak in met de manager van de afdeling waar je hebt gesolliciteerd.
2 Gesprekken en test
Tijd om elkaar nog beter te leren kennen. Naast je manager spreek je vaak ook wat toekomstige directe collega’s, voor jou natuurlijk het belangrijkste! Daarnaast kunnen we je vragen om online een korte test te doen en gaan we verder de diepte in. Matcht het? Dan ontvang je een voorstel.
3 Inwerken
Yes, de handtekening staat. Welkom bij de club! Tijdens de introductiedagen leer je onze familie beter kennen. Daarna start je inwerkperiode, waarbij je wordt gekoppeld aan een buddy die al langer bij House of Covebo werkt. Zo maak je een vliegende start!
